Quick salvage locked item

• What server/world did you experience your issue on: Nysa

• Describe the issue you are experiencing: in a mass qui salvage i did one more click and salvage one item of my pvp stuff (the problem is that item was locked and its instant salvage it without any message)

• Is this a bug or an exploit:bug

• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: i lost a 625 item so i lost a usefull pieces and all shards to make it 625 gs

• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: i cant by myself

• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: quick salvage some items and try to salvage a locked item and it will work like the item isnt locked

• When did this happen? (Date and Relative time; please include your timezone): it happens the 9 august 2022 at like 6.30pm in Paris(french) timezone

I am sorry to hear of your lost item due to a quick salvage. I understand how disappointing this may be but items that were salvaged can’t be recovered at this time. I’m sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause you.

If you would like to share your thoughts on how to improve the quick salvage feature on locked items, I suggest doing so in the Feedback section of the forums or you can also submit your valuable feedback In-Game by doing the following:

1- Press “Esc”, select Game Menu, and then Submit Feedback.
2- Provide a description of the feedback, rate your experience, and then select Submit.
