Racism is a dumb, wrong term as there dont exist other human races, but only one human race.
The apropriate word is xenophobia and refelcts better what those people suffer from, a phobia!
SO if you mean races as in different genetics such as Asian, Saharan, Mongolian and such then sure all for that. But there are plenty of rainbow pooping unicorns, sexy centaurs and elves in other games. Let us try to keep things even though it is in theory a fantasy game, a bit more down to earth shall we?

Definitely no. Not a Grand Fantasy MMORPG. There are other titles to play orcs and elves.
since Aplha one it has been mentioned to AGS many times that Templates need to be added
Some suggestions were
Height Adjustments
Muscle and Mass Adjustments
Properly designed Hairstyles / Facial hair that dont look like it was designed by some one in Microsoft Paint.
Small : Small older man/woman in his 50s as one template
Medium A Skinny or Buff Medium Male or Female
Large Fat or Large Muscle Templates

Elves, orcs etc. donāt belong in this game, but it could be kind of fun to be able to play as a lost, corrupted or angry earth. It wouldnāt really fit to have them wondering around the human settlements but if you introduced a new faction controlled region (e.g. a lost pirate territory) with their own race specific starter towns it could be interesting. It might also be a good way of introducing more types of PvP content and events, e.g. doing PvP quests in each otherās territory or a new kind of war mode.
I suspect that is an idea for the distant future though, if at all.

Yes, they are the nature faction. Most of the monsters you fight are based on dryads but one of the npcs you meet can take on human form and they also have a selection of talking animals (bears, wolves etc.) which leaves some interesting possibilities. It would be kind of fun to play as a skinwalker style character and be able to shapeshift into a bear and start beating on people
