In the April 25 patch notes it says
" * Rafflebones will now only spawn at level 66 in zones that reach 60+, to allow players weapon drops that can be upgraded."
Does this mean he will only appear (at level 66) in zones that are 60+ and not in other zones (low level)?
Or does this mean that the Rafflebones that is in 60+ zones will only appear as level 66? But he will still appear in lower level zones appropriately levelled?
My question is why in the F does it matter where he spawns in regards to getting weapons that can be upgraded. I am simply in awe at how lack of logic this studio employs.
So your saying named weapons a level 35 should get the same named weapon and upgrade to a Lego???
Because a level 30 that kills a lower level Rafflebones doesn’t want to get a drop that is locked to lvl 60. Hello?

Where in my post does it say anything even remotely to that effect stated. Your statement resembles a teacher telling a student 2+2=4 and the student saying but the grass is green.
Maybe take the faboi goggles for just 2 seconds. Just a suggestion.
Because AGS devs are hopefully familiar enough with coding that they can have Rafflebones drop level appropriate items.
Pretty sure other games implement similar mechanics.

ummm… because they want people who are level appropriate to the zone he spawns in to be able to kill him? If he spawns in Brightwood, it is not expected that he drops the same quality or level of GS as a 60+ zone. It absolutely matters where he spawns in regards to getting weapons that can be upgraded. You are the one with the lack of logic.
