Raid/Army/UI Improvements

Hello! I have played healer since launch, and much of it in groups. I tend to spread the warm HP’s to passersby, enjoyed the giggles of slapping some random person with a beacon of light an watch them try to dodge/roll to remove it, etc.

The issue is: As healers get into end game and larger scale pvp content, we have no way of keeping track of who needs heals, who is range of those heals, etc. The UI is in a bad place to keep track of cooldowns, your own character information and the status bars of your group. There’s no way quickly glance at the group to see if there’s debuffs on them that need dispels.

What I’d like to see is a little bit of UI customization, for instance:

Allow us to unlock and move the frames (independently and as a group)
Allow us to activate a marker/icon on the player for quicker orientation of the player's actual location.
Allow the raid frame to darken if they are out of range of the skill
Allow us to see the buffs/debuffs (make this toggle-able) on the raid frame, so we can manage the cooldowns and dispels
Allow us to add more frames from the army menu so we can better manage the health of several groups in larger encounters
Allow us a toggle-able option to unlock mouse cursor heals (where you hover your mouse cursor to the raid frame you want to apply the skill on, instead of scrolling)

Thank you for your time and attention,
