I’m a bruiser and I still agree it should be constitution instead.

It doesn’t make sense that, of all the armour sets from Tempest’s Heart, only one item has resilient and, on top of that, it’s BIS for str. I think either the Raider’s hat should be changed to const or all other pieces of all the armour sets from this dungeon should have resilient in them. I love the looks of the Raider’s coat, but it’s not great for PvP, nor is any other piece but the Raider’s hat.
