Ranged dmg in PVP is pointless

Simply no point to play Musket or Bow. The damage is too low, the rate of fire is too slow. It may work find in 1v1 situations but you put a bow/musket in outpose rush/war and they kill no-one. By the time they shoot, do a tiny amount of damage then reload to shoot again the person is already healed. If this were a melee tho, swing swing swing person is dead.

No point in ranged dps. period.

you are fully right, whether it is more tank or glass canon, it makes no difference
the musket is even more pathetic, long reloads to use the skill also need to reload, cartridges, no sensible AoE (what a wise thought that throws the powder with a 3sec countdown, being slow and from close range?: D), and shooting at plate enemy or tanky healing it’s also good AFK I can go,

Yes, you can kill, but the required amount of skill and accuracy is incomparable to the fact that the opponent does not have to do anything.

Yeah musket and bow are trash because its too laggy and clunky to use.

Fire and ice is OP though, and ice gauntlet has some bugs that make it do even more damage and CC than intended. Fire also has bug for 2-4 times more damage on pillar.

Nah bow legit has bugs with where the arrows fly. You can still do nice damage with bow sure but its not fun for me to try.

Bow can deal massive damage per hit, but damage per time is low compared to melee and someone aware of your attack is pretty much guaranteed to dodge the shot.
Even if not aware, in group combat the target is on the move almost all the time.

Also not sure if this applies to musket but for bow in OPR, the ammo is not actually infinite. The symbol is there, its there for every arrow type with the bow, but my arrows are actually depleting. Just had a game where the last of my “infinite” orichalcum arrows ran out and I had to awkwardly tab into my pockets and throw on shitty flint ones. We’re already struggling as is. Idc if ammo is or isn’t supposed to be infinite in OPR, but we either need to be told, so I can bring extra arrows or it needs to be fixed.

There is one bug where ammo is consumed from abilities.
