Why is it that the Evade skill “applies” a 50%(ish) slow for 1-1.5 seconds to one self?
I see older posts on this issue dating back to October but no answer or fix…
Why would i want a skill that “casts” slow on myself?

Funniest thing is that there’s a skill that gives haste after using evade which pretty much goes entirely to waste because of the stutter at the end of it
