- Describe the issue you are experiencing: I received the Great Axe mastery quest (Reformation) without leveling great axe to level 20. I have Rapier mastered but didn’t get that quest for the legendary/580 weapon.

- What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: I have the quest for the great axe and not the rapier. Great axe is not fully leveled and rapier is.
