Rapier works fine as far as I’m concerned. Using my GA/WH combo, I kill rapier people all the time. Not seeing a problem with it so far.
Or others weapons need a buff, more damage more fun !
Every weapons need buffs! Besides GA/WH/IG/Musket/LS/FS
And… Blunderbuss! Don’t nerf that!
Thats precisely the reason why it needs a cooldown reduction.
You’re probably killing Rapier users because there’s so many gravity wells and ice showers on OPR/wars that most of the time you use your Riposte/Evade to get out of one and the next second there’s already other waiting for you. Insta death.
Yeah it doesn’t need to be BUT it could be if it’s offensive capabilities were better.
At this moment is the only weapon (maybe hatchet too) not used as a primary weapon by anyone.

believe me id love to be able to run spear rapier, stack up a shit ton of bleed and pop it with a proper flourish for massive damage but that shtick doesn’t even work.
its at the point its better to just run the spear and do the chain CC combo for a near guaranteed kill.
Sooo… like… if you’re using 1 weapon, and having issues, switch to another? Isn’t that one of the reason there’s like eleventy billion weapons available to us? If you’re getting beat to chit in melee, switch to range. If you’re getting pummeled by range, switch to melee. If GA users are whippin’ ur arse with rapier, swap to something else? Etc?

It’s up to you. Play the way you want to. Heck… I’m 300 Con myself. Only running at like… 178 STR (I think) and still having a blast. If you think min-maxing is the only way to play, you’re playing the wrong game.
Try playing the game to… what’s the phrase… ummmm… erm… Ohya! Try playing to “have fun”. If “having fun” equates to you just need to “auto-win”, I’d advise Minecraft or something where there’s no one to challenge you.
What I meant by the 300 Con comment btw is… Everyone ingame keeps telling me I’m stupid to play at 300 Con but… it makes ME happy to have that many hitpoints so… that’s how I play, I play to make myself feel good, not to make others feel good.
stop putting yourself in bad situations, you shouldnt be able to escape 2 peoples 30 second cooldown grav well with your rapier if they use it one after the other. i dont get what you are complaining about

The problem is: as DEX player I’m not able to roll more than 100CON because I won’t give damage to anyone.
Im not getting your point here; melees crying because Rapier was too OP was okay and now I’m asking to a counter to the OP melee meta and I’m wrong? Also it’s not like I’m choosing to be on a bad situation, since my main weapon was also nerfed to the ground (bow) I gotta be close to do any decent damage.

Try different gear sets or weapon sets? All my gear and weapons are +STR and I’m just using my levels for CON myself.
But again… do whatever makes you happiest. If you’re trying to “min-max to win the game”, you’re doing it wrong imho.
if you are bow player close enough to a melee to get grav welled you are playing way too close, and playing bow wrong
Okay dude, Good luckn with your flawed logic. You’re saying to me to try different builds to have fun while playing while Im exactly trying to have fun playing a different build than you.
good bow players get rank 1 in every opr and wars on my server, with very little deaths. i dont know how you are playing, but it sounds like youre doing something wrong

I’m not, in any way, telling you what to do. I’m just offering suggestions to try and help you have fun playing the game instead of whining that the sky is falling or some such.
No one is a strong word 
Do you even know that Gravity Well is a ranged skill? And also that mass combat is fluid, don’t try to bank the perfect PvPer here. I don’t need classes on how to play the weapon that is the worst in the game rn and I’m still able to top OPR boards.
