What price we looking at? Lets note on my server 13x asmodeum is 4.5k gold and its 1 in 25 chance to get legendary (cost aprox 125k gold to even see a legendary).

Honestly the amount of money it takes to make these things combined with the RNG, its very easy for items to rate anywhere near or over the cap.
