Re-installed after 4+ months and house has dissappeared?

I’ve re-installed New World after being away for over 4 months (at least) and can’t seem to find my house?

I have the achievement and title still but no home. Any help is appreciated!

Do you remember which town you purchased your house in?

Could you try hitting K and then going to the “Bio” tab and looking under “Trophy Buffs” in the bottom right? It should show you which town your house is in, if it still exists.

I’m sorry for the situation you’ve faced with your house missing after a while, please follow the steps @JakeL kindly provided and if this doesn’t work then I can recommend you to reach us via player support using the following link: Contact Us | Amazon Games to create a support ticket and review your case in more depth.

Please make sure to add the DxDiag and Gamelogs through a sharing link from a Cloud Storage like Google Drive to the support report, you can pull it following this steps:

DxDiag report:

  • Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
  • Click on dxdiag.exe.
  • When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.

GameLogs:

  • Game logs can be found on: \Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\AGS\New World\CrashDB\reports\

I can’t 100% remember but there were only 3 places I would’ve bought a house in:
Everfall
Windsward
Monarchs Bluff

Nothing showing there unfortunately.

I assume you don’t see any house icons on your map in those towns then? Did you region transfer at all? (that does remove houses!)

If not, you’ll likely need to contact support to investigate this one. Any details you have, I imagine, will be helpful!

No unfortunately no house icon.

I may have been forced to transfer as I had to pick a server when I signed back in, presuming my old one got merged but I can’t be 100% certain.
