Weeks you have been informed on this issue including in the Open Beta. How has there been no movement on this?

Your support representatives in this forum are also a joke posting copy pasta responses like checking specs.

This crash happens to me on 3 different computers, 2 different operating systems and I even tried loading up my office computer to prove its not local network either. I even tried wiping one of my computers with New World being the only thing installed not even an Anti Virus and still same crash.

Where is the fix for this?

Troubleshooting is a process of elimination. It is impossible to know absolutely everything about your machine without going through certain steps. Did you do what they said or would you prefer to insult the people here? Quite frankly, I feel you just want to complain instead of fixing the problem. Have more respect.

I had the same issue and fixed it by setting all graphics settings to high.
I guess they have some issues with one of the graphical settings.
Tried to set back to very high and crashed after an hour, now playing for 3 days without crashes with High preset.

Yeah I have been in all of the threads last few weeks. have tried every graphics combo, fresh installs. Tried undervolting GPU, rolling back drivers etc.

Unfortunately the high preset has not worked for me :frowning:

Thought it might be fixed after the patch but nope crashed within 10 mins. Meanwhile battlefield 2042 hasnt crashed once. Its definitely new world related.,

  • System Information (OS, Processor, RAM, HDD Space, Graphics card, etc.
  • Any Error messages you are getting.
  • What is happening?
  • Where are you in the process when you run into the trouble? (e.g. When I leave tutorial and enter the world)

Hi Standor.

System Information I have tried 2 different systems.

Windows 10 AND 11
64 GB RAM
RTX 2080 AND 1060
All SSD hard drives (Have tried on 3 different hard drives)
CPU i5 10600k AND i7 4790k

Have also tried wiping Windows, installing New World only and same issue so no software clashes.

Have tried rolling back to multiple different GPU drivers

Game crashes to deskop after random amount of time. (Can play 10+ other games without issue including new BF 2042 Beta). I know of multiple threads with identical issues.
