I have played more than 100 hours since release without absolutely any issue and now i cannot even play the game anymore after realm transfer because the game kicks me out all the time.
This is not a connection error because i am able to play another character in another world just fine.
What a mess.
While that would be absolutely infuriating were it happening to me, I would not entirely give up hope on that character yet, fwiw; I feel like the systems might be a little under load due to lots of people doing realm transfers all at once, which maybe means it hasn’t marked the character fully transferred (or something similar).
Though hopefully, one of the actual AGS folks can spot this thread and shed a little clarity…
It has something to do with the character because i can play on another world with another character just fine.
And it seems that there are a plethora of players with this issue after the realm transfer. It also seems that this bug exists since july when the close beta happened because there is a post on twitter about it.
Just do not realm transfer. It is not safe.
I’m waiting until the initial rush is over as I already see three US East servers with long queue times again. No thank you. Don’t feel like experiencing that again.

I was able to find out after doing a lot of research that this bug exists since July and that there is no fix even after deleting and restoring the character which is impressive because that is a last resort. And the weird part is that i can play on any other world with any other character and have no issues whatsoever.
I am sorry to say this after enjoying this game a lot but uninstalling and moving on is probably the best fix ever instead of dealing with so many never ending bugs and glitches.
I have heard that someone keeps getting small amounts of gold at random times in the game and i can only believe that this does not have anything to do with the connection but rather with a contradiction or a mix in between a character that transfered and a character that was already on the realm as if they share some sort of ID even though they should not.

My character’s name is: Ryukein
Server Name: Amenti
The small amount of golds are actually refunds of deposit fees at the auction house.
Whenever u try to post something, even if u cancel before get disconnected with the message, the item vanishes from inventory, and come back a bit later with some gold poppin and the message “object is in another auction house” …
Something’s fishy, hope this will resolve by itself with a bit of wait time

And i can’t play any more even without server switching, because 2 huge companies transferred over to my server and now their is a huge queue to get in where one didn’t exist before.
It may be advantageous to start a new thread about it as a developer already answered that thread which originated three days ago before transfers were available…
