Reap does not deal damage when specific talents are used (with video)

What is your character name in New World: Buddl
What server/world did you experience your issue on: Vimur
Describe the issue you are experiencing: Reap does not deal damage if you have the two passives “The Collector” and “Gravity” at the same time. Only one of them seems fine.
Is this a bug or an exploit: Bug
(if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: I am forced to use different talents
(if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: Yes, i specced out of gravity
What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Spec Gravity and The Collector and then use Reap.
