Reaper's Locus (Expedition) quest not completable

I entered the Starstone Barrows expedition to complete the quest “Reaper’s Locus (Expedition)”. I got the “Reaper’s Locus” from Alectos the Relentless. That objective is checked, but there is another one above it “Delve into Starstone Barrows to collect the Starstone Reaper’s Locus” that is unchecked. I have the item in my inventory.

Can not complete the quest “Reaper’s Locus (Expedition)”.

No.

Enter Starstone Barrows expedition with Reaper’s Locus (Expedition) quest active. Then defeat Alectos the Relentless and pick up dropped items. You will get Reaper’s Locus but the quest will not complete.

I’ve reset the quest but I haven’t had time to do the expedition again, will report back after I have

I am having this same issue as well! I have already received the Reaper’s Locus but can’t complete the “delve into starstone barrows to collect the starstone reaper’s locus”… I have the Locus in my inventory.
