Recovery of skin objects

Hello,

I think it would be interesting to be able to recover a piece of armor or weapon skin during its recycling to be able to reuse it on another piece of equipment.

for example :

if you like a weapon skin like this:

but you don’t like the statistics.
you can extract it from the item, destroy it, and use its skin on another greataxe.

recycling skins could be presented as armor coloring.
