Reducing Latency (AU)

I usually get 180ms to 220ms.

When I get 200ms and above, I go back to character selection, then connect again until I get around 180ms. It usually takes me 3-5 tries until I get the desired connection.

Is there a way I can reduce my latency in-game without going back to the character screen?

• When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.

GameLogs:

I already accepted that the best latency I can get is around 180ms (using vpn 150ms)

My question is to get the best latency, why do I need to go to character selection several times? Is there a way to get the desired latency on first try?

I totally understand your concern, in this case you shouldn’t need to select character several times to get the best latency, the latency should be stable once you enter no matter the character your selected.

Since Fresh Start Server was introduced, getting an optimized latency has become harder. It now takes me around 10-15 retries (character select) until I get the desired connection.

and the response I got from web ticket is not answering my question.
