, this is a choice if you want, they are not replacing the old ones, it’s a new recipe to craft IF you want to, simple.

If the meta changes, you have to adapt to remain competitive. And if the ability to ignore CC and animation while potting will be abused and rewarding, you gonna have to start using that potions too.

Let’s wait until they drop and everybody has to spend a fortune to even get some of these while the best comps can just equip their whole roaster and dominate the server even more

This is insulting, please restrain your urges to insult peoples due to statement of their opinion.
I am talking about PVE aspect of the game, regarding PVP aspect you can compensate with skill ( that players who don’t want this to be implemented claim to have, the reason why they don’t want the potions) so nobody is forcing them on you.
Also these are on the PTR which is subject to a possible chance if you worry that ignoring CC and animation will create such a big gap between the users and non users of this new potions.
That statement is the dumbest coping mechanism I’ve read in months. I dont have anything against you as a person you just voiced something stupid. The fact that you don’t realize it is concerning and calling a statement dumb/low IQ or whatever is not an insult. You can feel “offended” if you want but those are two different things my friend.
To the issue at hand this is not a mobile game its an MMO with barely 10 buttons to press. Yet some people need to streamline using a potion? Literally the most basic mechanic in the genre… are you handicapped? This is a genuine question I am not joking, do you require assistance? If not then play the game.

First of all “friend” I haven’t asked for your opinion, I see “dumb” or “low iq” statements as you call them all over the forum, that I don’t agree with , yet I don’t go there call peoples they state dumb opinions or low iq, I present my opinion in a professional, non insulting matter like any mature person does.
Second of all, I don’t agree with your opinion , still I will not say it’s a dumb one like in a childish way you mentioned above, I am not handicapped , yet you don’t get to tell me how to play and enjoy the game , I play it as it suits me and if the ones who created the game choose to implement a function that I enjoy of course I will use it.
Third, you know nothing about my actions in the game , so don’t say things without knowing the facts. (your name actually reflects exactly this statement.)
Forth, if you are not happy with the changes the developers are doing, again, nobody is forcing you to play the game

Well if you’re not handicapped then I suggest learning the mechanics the game has put in place instead of advocating for something you struggle to cope with to go away. Especially if vast majority doesn’t see it that way.
I mean seriously consuming a potion is the most basic mechanic in the MMO genre and if you need it streamlined then all I can say is you need to take a good, hard look at yourself first before going out there trying to change something for everyone else.
Your opinion means very little if you can not back it up with some solid arguments as to why you think this change makes sense. Especially if said change affects a lot of factors negatively for anyone who enjoys what non-tab combat of NW has to offer (balancing issues aside).
And saying stuff like “you dont like it dont use it” only shows your limited perception.

Not 3 months ago we were very concerned about the game’s population.
Just join the AGS policy of inviting people out, see how it goes after a while.
I mean, losing 900k players wasn’t enough of a lesson apparently.

The problem is they nerfed the normal potions.
Auto potions are probably the worst change for this games competitive PvP scene that absolutely no one asked for in the community.
It is fine the way it is now because there is a skill gap of knowing when you need to get out to safety to used a potion.
Instead of adding actual PvP fixes like I don’t know, fixing de-sync, bugged weapons and abilities, the ability to destroy camps while PvP flagged, actual meaningful PvP rewards like umbral shards or weapons that can be sold like BoE’s , we are getting auto pots to cater to people who suck at the game.
Are you fricking kidding me? The game has literally 10 buttons.

Are you sure it will save you? Have you tested this? You are making a massive assumption to assume it is activated server side and not client side. I would bet a lot this potion is activated client side therefore not helping with lag at all.
Well “bro” , it’s your opinion, I have mine, I’ve already stated arguments on the forum, not only in this thread regarding the subject, I don’t have to prove anything to you, I will spend my time in a more constructive way, feel free to do whatever you see fit.
My advice is to have fun and try to accept that other opinions, different or similar with yours have the same value.

They have if backed up by solid arguments, experience and game knowledge. Anything different from that is just jibber jabber not worth the time it took to produce it. My advice is get some fruits from the knowledge basket first because I took the time to go through your arguments and they don’t reflect NW reality and bypass quite a lot of core gameplay factors that you either don’t know or don’t care about.
In any case auto pots got rolled back so even AGS (silly as they can be) realized its s half-assed concept so its done. Have a nice day.
You will stop finding them usefull moment you understand that top companies spam them on opr and open world couse they can afford them while you cant.
All mechanics that do remove skill from game are bad mechanics. If you want pvp means you want to improve. There is no way to improve if all mechanics do equal all players no matter of mechanical skill and ingame experience.
To keep everyone on this thread updated: it is not coming to live at the moment.
But they will add them at some point. And we dont need them. PVe potions would be ok. But not pvp realted potions like mana and hp.
I rather they just make the pots instant use when I need it. I feel like half the time I am spamming my potion key and by the time I am able to use it, I’m back down to the same spot I needed it in the first place.
