Just keeps saying retry and have already reinstalled.

there is another thread about this. Guessing Daylight savings did this, as it affected me, try resyncing your time on your computer. This is a stupid error.

If it did not work please try this:
- From the Start/Windows Menu, select Settings.
- Select Network and Internet.
- In the Status section, under Change your network settings, select ‘Change adapter options’.
- When the Network Connections window opens, right click your network connection.
- Select Properties.
- Scroll to Internet Protocol version 6.
- Uncheck the Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) box.
- Select OK to save your changes for the selected network adapter.
- Try launching the game again.

I am having the same issue as above. I built a new PC and after re-installing Steam and after installing the game, re-validating my files, linking my Amazon account, doing the TCIP changes, I still cant log into the game.
My new PC is beyond the required specs for the game with all the latest drivers and all Windows updates. Any help please?
