- Describe the issue you are experiencing: The perk “refreshing move” can appear on weapons and some dropped shields. When I equip both a sword and a weapon with that perk i thought it would stack but it does not stack. Moreover, sometimes neither perk will be active

- (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: I farmed a shield with that perk for three hours and it doesnt work with the sword i want to use.
- (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: yes, but i lost three hours of my time
- What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: equip both a sword and a shield (such as “Nature’s shield”) with the “refreshing move” perk. Only one of them will be active. Sometimes neither of them will work at all. If you unequip one of the items with that perk the other one will not work at all either.

the perks of the same name do not work, I do not know about the passive perks of the same name. but the sword and the shield are already in a huge plus because he has perks at the same time from the shield and the sword.
All the other perks stack (enchanted, refreshing, critical…), i dont see why this one wouldnt. And even if it was intended for it not to stack, the fact that unequipping one of the two items with the same perk makes the other one not work is definitely a bug.

No , all crit activate perks is not stuck
the whole perk is not working! i tested this with sword and on shield .
you don’t get any faster cooldown at all!
