While in the queue to get in game after being booted from the queue twice I contacted Amazon through online chat to see if they are honouring refunds after game activation. They said that they can, but instead of following it up I closed the chat window. 10 minutes later I get an email confirming I have been refunded. After 90 minutes on the phone to Amazon retail I am told there is nothing that can be done and I have to buy the game again.
My question is if I rebuy through Steam or activate a new Amazon product key once my game is revoked will I lose the progress I have made already?
