Refunds for false advertising

This game had some serious potential but unfortunately, and I do not speak alone. A LOT of us listened to you in the first couple days and started on lower pop US servers away from our friends under the impression we would be linking up within 2 weeks.

So for the fact that we cannot play with our friends now, AFTER you blatantly told us we will. I am demanding a full refund for the game and in-game currency I purchased.

1. It hasn’t been 2 weeks.
2. If you look at the dev posts you will see that they are very close to server transfers and are working hard to get them up and running. Can you imagine the uproar if they released something like this without fully testing it.
3. Amazon aren’t going to refund you. If you want a refund, contact steam. Although we both know they won’t refund you either since you’ve probably played for more than 2 hrs. Demand all you want.

Bullshit. We were told to start up on a low pop server and we can play with our friends later. Check the tweets.

Got a better idea - Since false advertisement is a crime.

Take Amazon to court. You’ll get far more out of it than a simple refund.

Dude your own post even says “we would be linking up within 2 weeks”. The game came out 28th Sept. It hasn’t been 2 weeks since it even launched.

But they aren’t releasing server transfers like they said… how do I play with my other American friends?

But they are releasing transfers ! Just wait a few days until they offer everyone server transfers and then move onto your friends server. The dev’s posted something about it yesterday and how it’s all going to work etc. It’s not far off.

Bro. They literally just said we will not be able to transfer into full servers or from us east to us west.

No, if the server is full then why would they want even more players to transfer onto it. It would cause bigger queues on those servers. Maybe ask your friends to move onto your server

Doesn’t matter the military and college friends that couldn’t get into the server day one, took the advice and started on lower pop servers in their region because we were told that region transfers will open up.

And if I have a company of 30 wouldn’t it make more sense for 5 people to transfer in?

Yes it would. Sorry buddy i’m not sure what the answer is. Maybe once server transfers are open, some people who are on full servers will transfer out and this will allow other people to move onto them ?
