Region transfer didn't worked

  • What is your character name in New World: Cynych

  • What server/world did you experience your issue on: Abaton/EU Central

  • Describe the issue you are experiencing: Region transfer to SA East didn’t worked, after 20min with the message “region transfer initiated”, my character are still at EU Central, the token wasn’t used but got the 3 day timer to try the transfer again.

  • Is this a bug? (If this is an exploit, please dm Aenwyn or Luxendra) I think yes,

  • (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Can’t play the game with 250+ms.

  • (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: Character looks to be playeble at EU Central, but not sure if it affected on something.

  • (if a bug) Please include a screenshot or video of the issue that you have experienced:

  • What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced:



  • When did this happen? (Date and Relative time; please include your timezone) around 7pm BRT

This seems to be a new recent issue that they’re working on fixing.

Welcome back to the New World forum, I’m really glad to see you are here at the forums and hope you can enjoy your time here and at the game as well!

I’m really sorry about the issue you’re having with your character transfer, I would like to thank @JakeL for tagging me, this issue has been reported already and is currently being investigated to provide a resolution, as I’ve mentioned before this process can take a few days to be answered.

I’m hoping we get a response during this week so I will bring you news as soon as I got them.
