What server/world did you experience your issue on: Castle of steel
Describe the issue you are experiencing: Can’t transfer to EU central
Is this a bug or an exploit: Bug I think
(if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Can’t transfer regions, already sold my houses and minimized my inventory and storage for transfer so can’t really play on Cos anymore either.
(if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: Nope, been trying once a day for a week with the same result “Unexpectedly lost contact with gameplay server, please try again later”
No idea what else I can do, all the transfer requirements are filled and this is my only character that I’ve had so the deleted character bug don’t seem to fit this problem.

Character Name.
Region.
World / Server.
Computer Specifications.
Logs.
Here you are the steps to get this information just in case you need it:
To find the DxDiag:
Press Windows + R, type “dxdiag” into the Run window, and then press Enter.
Click the Display tab and you can see information about your video card under the Device section. Please write down that information.
To find the logs:
Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
Click on dxdiag.exe.
When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue similar to the one on this thread but I heavily suggest against replying on top of older posts in order to avoid having yours overlooked and also due to the fact several patches have been applied since this post was last replied to, possibly addressing the initial issue and even if yours seems similar, it may not be the same.
Please note some servers are presently unavailable for transfers as they are either full or not accepting transfers (locked). You can try moving to a different server with availability or wait on the server to become available with no specific time frame for when this may happen. You can check on the server status here.
Given you have a support ticket open, I suggest waiting on the answer to that to become available as they will be able to check on further details from that end.
