My character has been stuck on the “region transfer initiated” screen for hours now when trying to go East. Is this bugged?

In this case I can recommend you to complete this steps:
- Run a Steam Integrity check here > Steam Integrity Check.
- Completely uninstall and reinstall game if not resolved after an Integrity Check.

It does not working, al lot of peoples myself include are getting this problem, regional transfers are broken right now and everyone who attempt to do one are stuck in the menu for hours now
Its been months since this game relased and still having weird issues. Is it so hard to fix all things, and by the time while fixing not ruin it again?
I requested further information related to this issue and I received an update informing that this is an ongoing issue and is being worked on at the moment, sadly we don’t have an ETA for a resolution but I will keep you updated as soon as we get any information.

I was about to start a thread on whether anyone had successfully executed a region transfer, then found this. Exactly the kind of thing I was worried about.
I also have the issue that my house storage (two T4s and a T3) is nearly full, as are most of the town etc storages. I want to transfer to EU from NA but I’m worried I don’t have enough storage to cope with losing the houses (not to mention having to swallow 25k of gold losses). The notes on region transfer are quite vague on what happens if you don’t have enough storage, implying you might lose things.
