Region Transfers yet?

Haven’t touched the game in months, and was wondering if region transfers ever became a thing? Said back in December that I wouldn’t touch the game till it was a possibility- and I’m sticking with that.

Also, with the exception of arenas- has there been any new focus on PvP? Revamps to war, OPR, open world, etc?
