  • What is your character name in New World: FVIQ
  • What server/world did you experience your issue on: Caer Sidi
  • Describe the issue you are experiencing: Purchased a transfer for my character from Caer Sidi (EU Central) to AP South East but it didn’t transfer my character. Already paid and received cooldown.
  • Is this a bug? I think so.
  • (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: I wanna play on a low ping server which is AP Southeast.
  • When did this happen? 9th October 2022, 03:52AM (GMT+8)

I already paid the transfer token and got 3 days regional transfer cool down but my character didn’t transfer to the desired server/region at all but stuck on the last/current server instead.

Please help solve this issue ASAP, thank you.

I encourage you contact the AGS customer support to escalate your case to the Dev team and proceed to assist you further.

Please make sure to add the DxDiag and Gamelogs through a sharing link from a Cloud Storage like Google Drive to the support report; instructions for generating a DXdiag:

I tried to transfer again few minutes ago and it still didn’t transfer me to AP South East. I had a character when I tried to transfer earlier on Eridu (AP South East) but I deleted it after. Is it because I have another character in the AP region?

I’m gonna try to transfer again in 3 days and see if it will work now that I have deleted my one character on Eridu.
