I want to transfer from West to East, I live on the East. My question is 2 parts, will I keep all my territory standings and do I need to eliminate any excess items so my storages are not overflowing? My concern is that I have nearly all my storages full and will no doubt be overfilled in 3 territories when I abandon my houses.

This are the specific details of what you keep when transferring.
WHAT COMES WITH ME WHEN I TRANSFER?
- You will keep all character progression (level, weapon mastery, titles, etc.).
- You will keep your inventory and storage.
- You will keep all of your currency.
- You will keep your houses and housing decorations.
- You will keep all quest progress.
Note: The housing is binding to a Standing Rank 10, so your territory standing move with you.
