- Describe the issue you are experiencing: Friend and I transferred to EU Central from US East. The game is telling me that I have too many characters on US East. I deleted an alt to see if it would fix the issue. It did not. Does not let me select US East in the list of region transfers, I can go anywhere besides US East. East option is grayed out, and message says âyou have too many characters, you must delete one before bringing another.â I have only one single character and no alt. Since the server I was on only had 35 people and was getting extremely boring, and the game would let me go anywhere besides US East, I transferred to US West with my last free token that was meant to be used to take me to US East, just to play a bit of OPR instead of sit and do nothing and not play the game. Support said they put the ticket into the devs and that I would get an email when they take action or respond but I did not receive one. However after logging out for a few hours, I logged back in and was sent straight to the world select screen after pressing continue. Could not access character list. This was an action by the devs. I was forced into world select, forced to make a new character on US East as the game gave me no other option to proceed any further. I made the char, quit to menu, to see that my account was still in US West and the issue has not been fixed. Whatever fix was enacted by the devs did not work, the game still says too many characters for some people, and my character has not been moved where I wanted it to be moved.

- What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Transfer to EU Central from US East, stay for a bit, and then try to transfer back to US East. Game let me transfer anywhere besides US East, with the game saying âtoo many charactersâ even if you go back and delete them, and even if you donât have more than 1 character to begin with.

bump, a really important bug that needs to be addressed asap. It causes too much fear in the sense that who knows if you character randomly gets deleted in the process of trying to transfer

Do you currently have a character created on US East in the PTR? You may need to delete that character - itâs a known issue weâre working on.
I had a character there that was lvl 5, I deleted it to see if it would fix, did not work. Lost my alt account and main account still stuck on West.
I just realized you asked about the PTR, not live server. I do have 2 characters on the PTR, but the issue is not the game telling me Iâve got too many characters anymore. The issue now is that the devs fix did not work, and the account I wanted to transfer with is still region locked because they didnât actually move me back to US East like they were supposed to. Iâm able to transfer back now with a paid token, but I do believe this is no fault of my own so was hoping to be manually moved to US East, correctly this time, or I would like to be refunded my transfer token so I can use it to get back to US East.

I am also having this issue however, because of a fix that was done to my account earlier today I now show 3/2 characters on my drop down, so I think that deleting my ptr chracter will take me back down to 2/2, which would still leave the issue of me not being able to swap even after deleting my ptr character.
