Remove emerald gypsum from refining skills and then remove cooldowns from all gypsum except special event gypsum. All gypsums are already timegated because you have to do things to get them. Having a cooldown means people are either going to do content they dont want to do or they will go play another game. Either way, it means they are more likely to not give you anymore money.
