Why slot a perk that is obligatory if we can have a better variety of perks?
Just remove resilient, raise global critical resistance and let us have more diverse builds.
i dont like resilient. with it in the game every drop that hasnt resilient is basically worthless. ive gotten insane 3 perkers but they didnt have resilient so theyre worth nothing at all. just give us a rune that gives us crit resitence or something like that and let us experiment with gear.
I think Resilient is a good perk and essential to be stackable. It’s not a requirement - it’s the players choice to risk survivability dropping the perk. If it didn’t exist along with elemental aversion and shirking fort - everyone would be running around with full freedom/CDR. If you remove the stack - it will render the perk useless, or if you max it with one slot it will make everyone run the same build with full resistance - ruining armor diversity . All these perks today force players adapt to their environment. Hence why the armor meta for each region vary.
I do however think it would be valuable to grant 2 additional perk slots that lay on chest/pant armor. These are the most expensive items craft material-wise to roll and would grant players the ability to have more flexibility to add weapon perks/CDR. It will also make the market way more diverse and competitive again for BIS armor.
but before you make these posts ask yourself the results you will get, you know what the result is? being oneshotted and ravaged by assassin light, thank you we don’t want a game like that
Man for real, AGS should remove LUCK and Indestructible from gear tbh. Luck should be an account stat and indestructible just remove it. It’s really bad when you get a triple perk with these perks and feels like you got a double perk instead
If they remove the resillience you will most likely get one shot from bows and you will be crying nonstop on forum,please stop suggesting bunch of ideas which will kill the game.
Its annoying to get pvp only perks on dungeoning gear to be honest. I am sure there are perks that are pve perks that pvpers hate to see too. Indestructable just means an instant crush because that seems to be one that nobody wants at all though.
My friend…if you play PvP you will understand that almost every perk in that game is a scam. Only cheaters are getting the best score at opr and these are like 99.9% range players. So don’t be frustrating, it’s a problematic game regardless PvP. And btw…I hate reading " bis" at game chat ! There is not a bis gear on a game with 1.000.000 stupid perks and almost half PvP players exploit and hacking Happy new year to everyone
TBH this is a pointless topic, because removing perks cannot be done.
What are you going to do to all the gear people have spent millions on for the past year? This is a surefire way to get people to quit the game, if you alter thier BiS gear.
The only viable option would be to nerf Resilient, and lower overall Crit Damage of all weapons. So Resilient is still a good perk, but not as required as before. E.g. Make Resilient 3% instead, and reduce Crit Damage of all weapons by 10%. This make using lower numbers of Resilent less punishing.
I do like your post agree somewhat but I think they need to have a system where the game knows if you’re attempting to craft a pve or pvp item. From there it should remove all perks for the other ie if making pve weapon then game removes all pvp perks. This way we are able to craft better gear with actual perks we want. At the minute the way they have it it’s in a bad state and they as in the devs do not know how to make it better or just don’t care. Which is why I quit apon other reasons but what really confuses me big time is the fact that amazon are one of the richest companies in the entire world and yet the best thing that’s come out of this game is this
