Describe the issue you are experiencing: I salvage items get the repair amounts up to 300 or 500, and when I close the window and go out on the map all my parts are gone, and I cannot repair my equipment.

(if a bug) How did the issue affect your gameplay: I cannot repair gear

(if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: I keep having to salvage and use it right away before I close window so that I can repair, but I am unable to hold more than 9 repair parts, I can only hold more when window is open then when it closes I can not hold any more than 9.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Salvage materials get the amount up to where I can at the time usually about 200 to 500 depending on how much I have to salvage then if I do not use right away and close window when I open again to repair equipment I only have 9 parts. This happens a lot. So if I have stuff to salvage I have to salvage just enough to repair while window is open and then repair then close window.

Today it was at about 5:00pm MST 11/08/2022 but this has been happening for about a week as of today.
