Repeatedly kicked from Invasion by governing company so they can fill the entire 50 slots

Makes sense. There should be penalties both ways. I’ve never seen the afk’ers in invasions (def have in outpost rush) but yeah, thats some bullshit and those people should be locked out of participating in invasions, wars and outpost rush for a period of time. Conversely, those in charge of invasions who lock out anyone else by breaking the clearly stated rules should also have penalties. In my case, I was booted twice yesterday from an invasion in my home city (which I have nearly max standing in) which filled up with people (including lower level) from their company. They lost. I’m directly affected by this as well. I use discord, my small company and I win pretty much every outpost rush and top the leaderboards regardless of that. We all use discord and join each discord of every invasion/war we take part in. What I’m saying is that there are many examples like this where it has nothing to do with skill and communication.

Ye it goes both ways for sure, but i do understand why the holding company would be more picky. Sadly if the other faction pushed the area into conflict, it has ben common issue on our server. That they just afked in the invasions or trolled arround just to hopefully get gates / cannons etc. downgraded.

And yes if they wanna keep the system like it is, there should be penaltys implemented to whoever kicks players and to the people afking or trolling arround.

And on the current state of invasions, you need to have players in there that actually care about winning them to even stand a chance. People need to have corupted dmg increase on weapons, use coatings, have trophys for corupted dmg in houses etc. If they dont have all that as minimum, you will never have a chance against the invasion.

I agree with every point you made.

Edit: That’s why I was responding to the New World Team. By putting these rules and mechanics in place, but not enforcing them, they’ve created a very toxic environment which pits player against player (and not in a wholesome competitive way). Then when affected players are rightfully bothered by this and take the time to post, they’re met by either

  1. the basic, ignorant obnoxious comments which we all see in this thread
  2. silence.

In this case it was 2 weeks of silence by the New World Team, so I spoke up, and was only then met with category #1. Thats a guaranteed way of alienating people from the game, 100%

so in those 20 invasions with 40 random people how many of those invasions was actualy won ?

I done invasion with some idiots who troll and destroy us all.

Basically every fight there’s a max number of mines that can be deployed.
That idiot buy tons of the mines and place them at places where they will not hit any mob. Locking the max number of deployed mines. You can figure how we fair in that fight. The Gov of that area was kind enough NOT to kick any random

He was rewarded with this troll.

why u want to join the invasion? so u can make a mess and make the company lose the invasion?
sorry to say but ur not in the company discord and thats a probelm, the company dont know your gear scrore what if ur gear score bellow the standards? can u follow command? ure joining the invasion is unnecessary, u wont help nothing but became a burden in worst case scenario, u are just afking there gettin them golds and azoth

well from my experience, the MAIN reason people are kicked and the defending faction tries to keep it the same color with exceptions from other factions is trust. It is known and a common practice to join a rivals invasion and steal ALL the repair parts or intentionally try to cause failure. On our server yes every faction does this kicking thing in order to atleast have a chance to win the invasion. I can recount 3 times we could have won an invasion but lost due to this exact issue of sabotage. hence the need to select people we know want to win.

Here is my pov from company that actually hold territory

  1. Invasion Is tough, not to mention if there is some random troll / afk
  2. The downgrade, do you even know how much those cost to upgrade? if you know then good, problem is if tax too high many people will scream of dictator or reaping benefit, while if low tax it barely cover the upgrade cost and town upkeep ( especially less active town )

Obviously, if they own a territory, they are some of the best, else someone else would own that territory.

there are just so many awesome reasons to break the rules, definitely keep em coming!!! What’s especially funny is that… you still don’t win! So, in conclusion…all of these great reasons to cheat are still…wait for it…bullspit. They don’t hold water. And on top of that, most of you have fully endorsed cheating. sweet

seeing that you fail to respond how many times you won in those 20 invasions with 40 randoms speaks for itself

50 to 59 should have their how invasion separate from the 60

Plus kick option disable

That’s actually great, have practice invasions for lower level players. You’d have to lower the penalty for failing, which means you’d also have to lower rewards, though.

What’s wrong with that? We are doing this and like every other company. 99% of the randoms assigned by the game are useless at best. Some are trolls or just straight up afk for the money. You are not on discord, you are not in voice and when some company’s try to actually win an invasion, there is no spot for you.

By just looking at how you cry about this, you probably would occupy an repeater and shot in the wrong direction…

Just join company and do invasions. That’s how easy it is.

Abuse of kick system. Cry more when they limit total number of kicks per invasion to 5 or so. Then you’re stuck with afk players because you purposely abused the kick system on an event designed to be world wide inclusive.

I get it, its you’re town. You have the “right” to select who you want. But you don’t. Its not designed that way. You get to pick 10. You picking the other 40 via kicks is abuse of the system.

Don’t like the system maybe they change if for you if you cry more.

I mean i get trying to save the company from repairs, but honestly it just seems like to me that maybe you guys didn’t really put thought into who to invite. We were a medium pop server, and we had an entire server discord for every faction in it. We created a spreadsheet that people can log thier stats, and if u didnt u wouldn’t get into the server. By doing this we avoided a lot of animosity and we were able to successfully coordinate invasions with over 30 random company members. How? We spent maybe an hour or 2 beforehand, and made sure everyone on the roster was in the discord and laid out the plans. The fact we were able to successfully do this many times just shows that you guys didn’t put enough effort into it.

The fact is being non-toxic breeds a better and more social community that leads to positive results. There were no monopolies on our server as well. We coordinated with the other factions, if someone took over too many territories, we would team our best players from each of the 2 remaining factions to knock them down a peg. WHY? No one wants to be on a server with a losing faction and constant high upkeep cost.

I can confirm that this also happens to me and my smaller (20+ member) company.

Character name: Hankie
World: Utopia

You and I both know, that is not entirely true. 99% even if you are better than the controlling faction, top gear, you wont get into the invasion over a nooby company member.

That is actually not true, governing companies now are a bunch of posh snob friends who got in early. Their actual skill level, may be higher than average, but by no means are they great players.
