Replacing the 23 hour timer with a daily reset time

Please implement daily reset times on elite chests and anything that has a 23 hour timer.

Elite chests are currently on a 23 hours cooldown. This means that you have to plan your day around the game’s respawn time every day to not miss a chest run and this does not offer much flexibility.

It would be better if the game’s timer would reset at a set time every day as this would give you the freedom to choose when you want to do those activities during that day, because not everyone can play the game at the same time every day.

GW2 does their daily server reset at 18:00 UTC, which resets various things such as daily achievements.
in WoW, their daily reset is 15:00 UTC.

This will also help players keep track of when they did a chest run by giving them a firm concrete time instead of a 23 hour time frame, which they may or may not remember.

Tha game desperately needs a daily reset of these cooldowns. I was pleasantly suprised with this new patch making all content feel abit more rewarding, but the next day when I logged on, I quickly realized there was nothing for me to do until around 9PM again, which just caused me to log off for the day.
