Reporting someone automatically blocks them?

Has it always been like this?

Bro. If you get enough people in your company to report someone they would get auto banned. Companies could literally decide if you got to play or not.

Yes, I’m aware of that one. What I’m referring to is if I block a coin seller or afk bot it also sends me the player blocked message on my screen.

Unfortunately, I’m not familiar with this

I just noticed it today. No it has not always been like this. I used to have to report then block a gold seller for instance.

That must be new. A lot of games do that. I’m not sure which system I prefer…

It didn’t in the past but was something that many people asked for. Happy they added it.

It’s a new feature.
There is a box down in the bottom of the report box you can uncheck to disable.

Ahh, thanks!!

It’s new from last patch. Instead of having to do it twice, once to report and then once to block the block is now a “check box” already filled in that you can unclick if you don’t want to block the person you reported.

There are no automated ban programs. All bans are reviewed by a human, and almost all bans are totally legit because they violated rules (usually in chat).

Stop being a white knight for the players who violate the TOS.

I know that they stated all bans are manual. They also stated that they aren’t manual too.

This video showcases a ton of things you probably didn’t know and they also specifically showcase how Amazon does indeed not always do manual bans. The video points out the lies on this subject and several others.

Maybe You calling Me the white knight was a bit of a projection?

See my above comment.

When you report someone, it shows a checkbox in the lower left of the report screen. If you don’t want to block them, just uncheck it. It’s set to block by default in my experience.
