Any communication would be good right now.
Even if they say “We screwed the pooch on this one. We’re working, but there is still no ETA.”
That will create some hate.
But it will also allow those of us waiting to actually sod this off for tonioght.

It’s almost like the mods are not in contact with the devs, with around 80,000 people in the EU waiting to play they could at least tell people how far along with the “Fix” they are.
How difficult is it to text the people sorting this out “Oi, you muppet how long till your finished”

Unfortunately, I don’t have any updates to share right now other than the team is focused on this issue. I understand the frustration in waiting for communications or servers to go back up and I really appreciate your patience in this. When we do have information to share, it’ll be posted in the Official News section.

one day we got maintenance that took half of the normal play time… today… hmm in 1,5h I’ll not able to play… for me whole day maintenance… great.

Come back at end of day if possible… waiting frantically for maintenance to be done is not going to make it faster. Play other games etc. I’d like to see things done correctly rather than quickly.

this last days we’re a shit show, not gonna lie. I was so excited to hit 60 and start the end game grind, now after all this mess I don’t even feel like giving a crap about the game anymore. Every new patch is trying to fix some things and break other 15

I don’t think Luxendra is the one doing all the maintenance. Like they stated, they have not received any additional updates.

(I just realized that my threshold for what is acceptable really took a hit after i started playing this game.)

Hey, some advice maybe you can pass on to the devs of this game. Before putting changes into live servers actually test them, also it wouldn’t hurt for you guys to play your own game so you can actually know what is wrong and what is right.
