Requesting name change for forums

If you want to change your name or username on the forum, you can do it from your profile settings.

Go to your profile and then to Preferences. From there, you will be able to change your username.

I am unable to in preferences, and when I searched it, several post say I have to ask a moderator on the forums to change it for me.

This isn’t about in game character name. I would just like to know how I can change the name I’m known by in the forums. There is not an edit option for me. [Capture]

This says, from Mugsy, I must request a name change, and you guys will change my forum name, this is what I am doing. I am unable to change it my self. There is no option to do so. Please pass this along to some one who can help me! Thanks! I would like name changed to vJack, Thanks!

I wasn’t ever given the option to do so and even when I contacted costumer service they still said there was no way to do it. Makes it super inconvenient.

I’m sorry for the misunderstanding information, i just changed your username to vJack.

That is correct @SilentRaven, you cannot change the username but you can request to change the username but make sure the name is not disrespectful.

I won’t be able to change it to “Silent Raven” since there is an space between the two words, is it okay if I try to change it to “SilentRaven” or would you like a different one?

I’m glad some of you want to change your forum username, we’re here to help but there’s some rules and instances where we won’t be able to change it. Here’s an example, forum username can’t be changed unless it violates Code of Conduct, this includes abusive, inappropriate or even use of personal information in username so let’s be mindful at name creation.
