I would love this myself. I think AGS has a chance to do something i’ve seen asked for in countless games. Let an actual community flock to a server who care about the server and its integrity as well as the integrity of its members. Why should the honest suffer when the dishonest live lucratively due to their dishonesty? I would ask that this server was watched closely and those that are dishonest are banned from the server after a thorough investigation. I also would ask that there be a ruleset that has to be agreed upon (much like the eula) explaining what is expected and breaking it would result in a perma-ban of your account if you are proven to have gone outside the ruleset. WoW players wanted something of this nature and i would 100% sign it and join it and help police it. Here’s to the Integrity server!
Wow…now after the transfers we really need some new servers without the dupes that happened.
I mean…one company with the video duping 6 million gold!? Others with rare mats?
I hope they get caught and banned. If not, that’s totally messing with everything. I thought I was doing great with 3 thousand gold saved up for my house… 6,000,000 is just mind-boggling. I wonder if that goes on sale for RL money soon in global?
Anyways…just wanted to vent. Wish I could just got to a fresh server and start over without all the stuff that’s happened. New character, no transfers…enjoy the game that I bought without all the exploits/bots/hacks that have happened. I know it would be a partial fix until the root cause is addressed, but at least I could have fun for a few days again.
I personally wouldn’t start again, has been way too much of a chore so far. That’s just my opinion.

what if they did a wipe tuned stuff and gave solid patch notes and a reason to restart say, double xp or dbl crafting xp for fresh wipe weekend etc.
the whole crafting system needs a reboot,
war needs a reboot,
corruption needs a reboot,
end game needs a reboot,
long story short a lot needs a reboot and re work.
i love this game and to start again would hurt but if we were starting again for the right reasons id cop it on the chin and say thank you daddy
I bet there are a TON of people out there who would jump on fresh servers and let those that duped and exploited go have fun where that’s happened. Of course, the people who did the exploits and dupes would protest the loudest about having people go…

Well, the interesting thing is my cousin and one of the guys in our company each got 500k going down to the newbie area to grab some saltpeter for more ammo. Trying to get engineering up a bit instead of just buying the 10’s of thousands of rounds on there now for .01 each.
Are they just tossing out a half-mil to random people to try and dump gold and avoid bans? I hope the ones who got it don’t get hurt…

Fresh starts are for people who have put zero time into tradeskills and crafting, and head-desked to level 60 if I’m totally honest.
Stay on the servers you’re at or have transferred to. I think there’s a solid group with reasons for wanting to start fresh on new servers that don’t have transfers. 
What you are asking for harms too many legitimate users progress. It’s not going to happen. End.
Why does it harm anyone? Stay where you’re at. There’s lots of legitimate lvl 60’s out there who want to do so. Just as there are a bunch who have enjoyed the game and would do so again…on fresh servers without people who (unlike you…you got there by working for it, and deserve to stay where you’re at with everything you’ve worked for) exploited and duped a bunch to get ahead.

Cool! Yeah, no worries! A few new servers would be the way to go. If people don’t want that, then you won’t see any population there. But…I have a feeling just the opposite would happen.

I mean I’m on the original server I started with first… it’s a medium server and I dont think we were affected by the gold dupe cuz it would require someone transfering TO our server…
I understand where your coming from but if you think about it, theres so many servers available now that I’m sure you could find one with a low enough population to literally consider it fresh
I bet there’s not a single server where someone hasn’t used the invulnerability and/or lag exploit in a war, or fished/fought afk to get gold and levels. Every server will have someone who’s camped the bugged boars/bears/boss spawns for hours.
Now that those have been adjusted, it only makes sense to open up a few completely new servers so that people who want to try the game without all that and the new duping exploits, can do so.
It’s curious to see people are so much against fresh no transfers servers. It’s not like they even need to make a custom version of the game.
I suspect it’s because they’re worried there’s going to be an exodus off the existing servers - because the rest of us are supposed to be decorum for their playthroughs. And I’m speaking as one of the lvl 60s with a high end professions and a pile of gold - I would reroll on such a server without second thoughts.
