Resilence needs to be reworked

Currently, Resilence reduces crit dmg mod. which results in ability to completly negate additional damage resulting from critical hit
without Vicious perk, there are only 2 weapons that can pierce through Resilence combined with 150 CON bonus:

  • Rapier*
  • Hatchet
    and those weapons only deal 5% more damage via crit

with Vicious perk this pool is expanded with:

  • Sword and Shield
  • Ice Gauntlet*
  • Void Gauntlet*
  • Great Axe*
  • Spear
  • Musket*
  • Bow
    and those weapons barely can do any more damage

and even with Vicious perk, these weapons barely or can’t go trough Resilence:
-Blunderbuss
-Warhammer
-Fire Staff*
-Greatsword
-Life Staff (lol)

Result?
Almost nobody plays weapons with Keen and/or Vicious, most of players just preffer Enchanted perk or Thwarting Strikes, as they work 100% of the time and just are more reliable.
Resilence’s formula needs to be changed, so crits actually have more value, and with incoming changes to critical hits, I would like to throw my idea about whan can be done with it:
Instead of reducing Critical hit multiplier, Resilence should reduce the amount of bonus damage resulting from crit
so if my normal damage is 1000 and crit is 1300, that 300 of damage should be reduced by amount of crit mitigation

*not included any other bonuses for crit damage, like 50 INT milestone
