Resilient likely bugged again (or stealth nerfed?)

Everyone is dying very easy on pvp, that includes me and people im hitting, everyone eveterans with bis gear. Quite sure the TTK decreased a lot from previous patch, most likely resilient is screwed like happened in the past.

Easy to test:

  1. Duel with resilient gear and see dmg results.
  2. Duel without resilient gear and see the difference.
