Respawn bug that breaks expeditions

• What server/world did you experience your issue on: Aztlan

• Describe the issue you are experiencing: Upon dying there is no option to press E to respawn. This also breaks expeditions and stops the end boss from resetting when everyone dies.

• Is this a bug or an exploit: Game breaking Bug

• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: I have to log out to respawn and I cannot do expeditions.

• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No, it has been persistent for an entire week.

• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: No idea how I got it, but if it happens once you only need to die and it’ll happen over and over.
