The downtime time started at 7am CEST for 15 mins an additional 60 minutes doesn’t equate to 2 hours down time when the rest of the worlds servers were up on time.

if they say “it will take x amount of time”. multiply that x with at least 2.
but today they even suprised me. they said 15 minutes and it is already 6x time of 15 minutes… and now they say it will take another 30 minutes… so 8 times of 15 minutes… that must be a JOKE.
they even dont know what are they doing. dont they know how many time it takes ? dont they know their own business take how much time ?
it is like u are taking your car to a mechanic for a problem. and he say “that problem usually takes 30 minutes to repair” and when u go there 30 minutes after, he say “sorry, it will take 4 hours” What ? so that repair guy didnt even know how many minutes that process will take at first place ?
