Returning player from Armenia, poor connection, can't even enter world


I’m returning russian player, now moved to Armenia and decided to play NW a bit more.
But could not enter world, Barri, due to poor connection. Could it be that reason to this could be blocking russian region because there were cases when companies blocked other CIS countries while blocking Russia and Belarus?

PS. Not trying to be political and discuss blocking, just want an answer what could be the cause of my issues.

I can confirm you that no block has been made to any location, in this case it can be something related to your ISP due to the poor connection.

Ensure that you’re not using a VPN or Proxy while playing, they can cause connectivity issues such as high latency. We recommend disabling them temporarily while you play, to see if that resolves the issue.

As well try opening the necessary ports on your router to allow traffic between your network and our servers. If you don’t know how to forward ports, is a good place to learn. You can also test your luck on Google if you’re feeling lucky.

If opening these ports doesn’t resolve the issue, we recommend checking with your ISP (internet service provider). In some cases, your ISP may be limiting traffic on certain ports, which can impact your ability to play our games.

Please make sure to add the DxDiag and Gamelogs through a sharing link from a Cloud Storage like Google Drive to the support report, you can pull it following this steps:

DxDiag report:

  • Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
  • Click on dxdiag.exe.
  • When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.


  • Game logs can be found on: \Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\AGS\New World\CrashDB\reports\
