thats not even what this is about. this isn’t about exploiting a bug to shoot faster. this is about how trash the musket changes are.

I like the change. Musket got a little out of hand last patch with all the kids sitting on top of a rock 3-shotting people.

man never did i ever state once that the musket was underpowered. I simply said that its bad game design and that they should change it, to something were the dmg would be nerfed instead. Clunky unresponsive weapons dont fit in a pvp game, simple as that

i think they need to do something about the tactical reload
i play with 150+ pings i had to spam shift a/d so i can do the tactical reload with my own timing
it used to feel smoother
well i guess it is what it is its still useable anw so im okay with it
kinda hate right now its feels like im playing slowmotion with musket and need to adjust the reload timing on enemies after they shot me

They didnt change the dmg whatsoever though? So youll still be 3 shotted

yes they didnt change the dmg but the armor mitigation
u can no longer can get 2 shotted if u have high gs armour

Yeah and they made perks such as visc, enchanted a little worse. by having them scale additively instead of multiplicatively or smth like that. But thats for all weapons with those perks not only muskets

anw i jst get 2 shotted by mage with 4k each hit so idk if its normal or not

Not really. The time between shots is like doubled which gives everybody more than enough time to heal up.

The Musket was broken, it fired too often and it was a bug. They removed said bug and now your complaining. Typical when its not OP anymore start crying, when you could easy two or three shot people in seconds like your walking around with a long range automatic weapon. Let see run sink a pot shoot, roll run away shoot, sink a pot run away shoot. over and over and you just chase that one musket user all over the map. I watch our main tank run all over ebon trying to kill one musket user that was constantly sinking pots and shooting as much as he was sinking pots. Almost killing our tank with 13k hp with two shots like he was naked. Plus the rest of us Me the healer of the group, healing my arse off four vs 1 musket. Everyone died apart from me and the tank to one musket. Why? because running away and having a automatic weapon with cooldowns and shots that out damage a full healer with over 200 focus. plus that one user took over that zone. It was amazing what 1 musket user could do to a group of four people. No one could catch him because of light gear and no one apart from tank could survive long enough to get close. If that isnt OP I dont know what is then.

Your team sounds terrible to get decimated from a solo musket player LMFAO.

3 second cool downs wasn’t fast enough to save anyone. you have just proved my point. If people cant close the gap and your shooting more then I can heal awhile standing in the healing zone plus the one big heal I have then, there is a problem. But you know Life stuff got huge nerfs but you don’t hear me crying about it and ignoring your comment on how terrible my team was against a clearly broken weapon. Not even our great axe user with blood lust could catch him. Sooo?

I’m convinced the people complaining about musket being op are the same people that sit still in light and do not move/dodge, or heavy for that matter. Anyways, this change makes musket feel horrible to play, super clunky now. Took any fun away I had left playing NW xD.

Musket changes made it feel really horrible, it actually is hurting my hand to play LOL, i dread attempting to duel with these changes

The musket hits a lot harder than pre void patch, it also shot a lot faster.

This patch, they kept the damage and slightly reduced firing speed.

This is balanced, musket is instant hitscan, sniper range is stupid far, shooting fast and hitting 3k+ isn’t fun for anyone.

I play musket exclusively, although it sucks, this is fair.
