Revitalizing Beacon on self?

I’ve been trying to see if anyone has had a solid answer on this, could not find something;

  • Revitalizing Beacon - Using Beacon increases healing power on self by 5-37% for 12 seconds.

I’m finding it a little vague. I can read this as “increases the healing power you now have, so further heals for 12 seconds will be more powerful” but I can also read it as (but think it’s wrong) “increases the healing power you have when casting healings on yourself”.

Which one is it?

It increases the healing your character gets. All incoming healing

that is not even what I was thinking it meant!
So if I use beacon and someone else has a skill with healing effects, and that applies on me, that skill will be 5-37% more effective?
That’s nuts…
Why not just say then “increases incoming healing” ???

AGS discribed it just rly awkward. I tested this cause i was confused too(plus english is not my nativ language) Let s say u stand in your sacred, then cast the beacon (does not matter where it lands) then your sacred ticks for 37% more. But be carefull, you need the perk on your armour. If you have it on your staff, the buff disapears if u swap bars.

–snip – some wrong shit.

EDIT- The buff gives the legit description.

So it does include other sources.
