Queue timer is just stupid. I’m first on my queue (Nysa), as I was for the last 30 minutes…

I don’t even understand how they can’t program this correctly.

Hello. There are bunch of negative reviews in the last couple of days only because peoples can’t play the game with them friends (also you locked the servers LOL) & this is all can suggest? #bigfacepalm. Just double the server capacity cap, why we still have the same problem 1 year later from launch?!

I am no. 1 position in queue and then no. 5 … no. 1 again … so on … waiting for at least 2 hours to play something :slight_smile: this is ridiculous i think :slight_smile:

You can’t submit feedback without leaving the queue.

1 year after release and we are right back where we started. Getting endless loading screen leaving OPR and go back into queue. What an experience!

They don’t care about the feedback anyways. They’ll give lip service in here, but I’ve never dealt with such a team that is so lost.

Maybe it has to do with the rumors of the new areas opening. Maybe is has to do with the game being 50% off right now. HOW IS THIS SO DIFFICULT?

transferring to what? you people need to open more servers, all of them are at cap with several hour ques im ready to move on if it keeps up.

I get a 5h waiting time so definitely I won’t be seeing you in Aeternum :)) Do something with this thing, it’s ridiculous to wait that much 1yr after the game was released…

I’ve got spotty internet, and any time my ping gets bad, I’m bumped out of queue, and I’ll rejoin at the end of the line a few seconds later once the internet is good again. Queues of any kind paired with spotty internet is a nightmare, but really I just want to play the game I paid for :frowning:

Truly painful. We’ve got an active company on CoS. Half of us are having to WATCH the game being played on Discord instead of being able to interact with it our selves.

This is just not fun…

Its not 20 minutes, my current queue time is 3.5 hours on a monday night at 8:40pm.

I will not play before work tomorrow.

Although you say support section cannot do anything about this queue how about looking at the ROI of players not returning to the game due to all EST servers having queues. You started out with too many servers and now you have too few in EST. How about you examine the cost for hosting more servers versus losing players. This queue is only caused by one thing revenue.

Adding to the frustration. We have limited play time in the evenings and I have been sitting in the queue over a hour now. Not a good way to treat your customers!

Finally home from a work trip and can’t actually log in to play. What nonsense is this?

For those of us unable to login and cash in our Fair tokens be able to do so tomorrow?

Worst thing is, I was planning on logging on and spending my tokens since the festival ends today. Looks like it ended early.
