While this kind of thing shouldn’t happen and it should be fixed, acting like a complete Karen isn’t the way to approach this.

So him contacting support everyday, having live chats. them saying he should simply restart the game to fix is ok to you? If you pay for something you should be able to play it. I’d be malding too if I was him.

why isn’t AGS hiring more GM’s? There’s clearly a need for them.

Amazon is a small startup indie company, they cant afford GM’s to improve their players experience.
