- Describe the issue you are experiencing: on 27th of november, i went to do genesis, i switched my regural pvp/pve gear with my luck gear, when i finished doing genesis i went to play war, when i entered the war during the 15mins before the start i went to swap my gear to my regural pvp/pve gear and noticed my ring and my earring were missing, they were both 590+ gs (if i remember correctly one was 597 and the other 592), i dont know how it happend, they just dissapeard, i dont know when, i remember i had them before i did genesis (i did genesis 4 times before the war) and after i finished and went to war i didnt have them anymore. i need them back they costed a lot to make.

- (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: it took away 2 core parts of my equipment which costed a lot, i lost a lot of money and average gs and it makes me weaker.

- (if a bug) Please include a screenshot or video of the issue that you have experienced: i dont have any, since the gear is missing i cant screenshot it.
- What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: i dont know if it can be reproduced, went for genesis then for war, when i went into the war they were gone, maybe they dissapeard while i was doing genesis, maybe when i joined the war, i dont know since i didnt have a need to use them before the war.
