Riposte does not counter some attacks

• Describe the issue you are experiencing: Riposte is working inconsistently since the most recent update. Hammer shockwave is no longer riposte-able after most recent update. some open world enemies attacks are no longer counterable either.

• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: negatively, due to the fact it no longer counters a bunch of attacks and abilities

• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: have somebody perform shockwave, and try to riposte it. Take a heavy hit from baines, or leviathan and try to riposte.
