• Describe the issue you are experiencing:I was having an issue with the ritual quest where you get the heartgem from amrine. i did all that got heartgem went to ritual site and it bugged out so i reset the quest but when i did it consumed my heartgem and now i cant do the ritual or progress. i tried running amrine again but i wasnt able to get the heart gem after the boss it doesnt glow or anything

Mainquest nicht abschließbar

Nach der 1. Expedition habe ich das Herzjuwel zum Schrein gebracht und aktiviert. Dann kam der Patch und nun sagt mir die Quest, dass ich immer noch das Herzjuwel zum Schrein bringen soll. Ich war erneut in der Expedition, aber das Juwel ist nicht mehr vorhanden. Jeder Vorschlag hilft. Vielen Dank im Voraus.

Same problem. I assume sharing my character info or creating a bug ticket would be pointless as this is affecting so many players. Has anyone received a response or gotten a fix? This is a pretty huge bug as it essentially breaks the main game progression. As a new player, the lack of dev communication here is not at all encouraging.

yeah, you’re better off making a new toon. I made a new toon, he’s like lvl 16. sucks cause i had dumped just at 40 hrs in when it bugged on me.
